Guest Relation Officers are responsible for guests’ check-in / check-out procedures, handling reservations and payments, delivering high levels of customer care and offering professional, friendly and engaging service.

Requirements: Hotel front office experience, positive attitude and good communications skills, excellent command of English, strong problem-solving abilities and a highly responsible and reliable personality.
