Front Office team members, Berlin / Germany

For our 5 hotels (PPHE Hotel Group) in Berlin/ Germany we’re looking for Front Office team members!

Key tasks:
• Able to deal with all guest queries and requests, delivering passionate service & exceeding guest expectations at the Front Office.

We are looking for: A pro-active, guest friendly and very flexible team player who easily connects with other persons and is able to take responsibility for his or her job and wants to be part of a small team. Who helps to develop a solid team, who delivers quality and can live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!

Essential requirements to execute this position are:
• Possess a very good command of German and English & have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Excellent (inter)personal, communication & presentation skills are required
• Is able to build & maintain relationships with internal & external guests
• Positive & energetic person
• Be organized & motivated
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality environment
• Preferably knowledge of Opera/ Fidelio

We offer a fair salary for a full time position in a dynamic team. In the start we offer up to 2 weeks accommodation in the hotel incl staff meals.
