Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge - Marketing Manager

Fix-term contract for one year

Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge is looking for Marketing Manager in charge of promoting and developing hotel image, as well as ensuring its visibility and awareness in the media. He/She is the ambassador of the “Art de Recevoir” and is in charge of creating with different parties welcome at the hotel with a truly personalized experience in the best tradition of French Service and Style.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • coordinating marketing and effective implementation of the promotional strategies for the hotel and its F&B outlets
  • managing hotel outlets website, newsletter and social media including engagement, content creation, scheduling, monitoring, writing and posting all status updates within the brand guidelines
  • organizing events, optimize the awareness of different hotel outlets
  • defining the annual event calendar as well as initiate regular marketing meetings
  • building a real influential “address book” with the main influencers/opinion makers/VIP in the city
  • creating marketing, PR reports and press tools
  • handling the local/regional media
  • ensuring the coherence of all marketing collaterals with the Sofitel standard, creating the promotional materials, brochures, leaflets.

An ideal candidate for this position should:

  • have University degree
  • at least 2-3 year experience in marketing field
  • speak fluent English, additional language is a plus
  • excellent communication skills
  • be creative and able to work with designer software
  • knowledge of social media such as Facebook, Instagram
  • have artistic feeling and be able to reflect luxury touch into the marketing materials
  • be highly organized and have experience with events management
