Reservation supervisor, art’otel budapest

At art’otel budapest we are on the lookout for a RESERVATION SUPERVISOR for a definite period of 1 year!

As a Reservation Supervisor, it will be your responsibility to pro-actively ensure maximum revenue by managing the reservations and by growing customer relationships and their knowledge of art’otels and to increase the level of market share into our hotel.

Key tasks & responsibilities

Under the direct leadership of the Director of Sales:

• Process all reservations in the most efficient way
• Process individual and group bookings in the hotel PMS according to the PPHE SOPs
• Send out confirmations/offers for individual bookings
• Coordinate and oversee the work of the Reservation Agent
• Manager on Duty role

What we are looking for

• University/college degree
• Several years of similar professional experience in a hotel environment
• Posses a good command of English, both written and verbal
• Excellent (inter)personal and communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of the Opera system is an advantage
