Reservations & revenue manager, Aria Hotel Budapest

Member of Library Hotel Collection, Aria Hotel Budapest is looking for a RESERVATIONS & REVENUE MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the reservations and revenue by overviewing individual and group reservations on a daily basis
• Weekly analysis (statistics, reports, market penetration index) and forecasts to the General
• Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing
• Train and monitor the reservations and front office teams on a regular basis
• Monitoring and adjusting daily rates on all channels to optimize RevPar
• Strategy and yield & revenue decisions made by the management are to be implemented
• within the given timelines.
• Review and analyze local market trends and performance and take necessary steps to develop new products and packages

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication (written/verbal)
• Accuracy, precision, flexibility
• At least one year Management experience (supervisor or manager)
• At least three year experience in reservations and/or revenue
• User knowledge of Word and Excel; Fidelio/Opera knowledge is an advantage
• Good analytical skills
