Cluster Reservation Agent
Join our team as a Reservation Agent and be part of creating memorable stays for our guests from the very first interaction.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the individual sales of services offered by our hotels
- Preparing proposals for individual guests, corporate clients, and agency partners
- Administering and logging reservations and inquiries received via phone, email, and electronic channels in the PMS (property management system) according to Hilton standards
- Keeping hotel reservations up to date, monitoring them, and applying the correct pricing at all times
- Maintaining communication with guests and partners
- Checking arriving guests' reservations and preparing them for the Front Office
- Issuing advance invoices for individual guests and tracking sent pro-forma invoices
- Managing and communicating information relevant to other hotel departments (e.g., special guest requests)
- Continuously monitoring occupancy trends
- Maximizing and optimizing room sales while adhering to hotel standards and sales policies
- Preparing basic statistics, reports, and handling other administrative tasks

Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Confident, fluent English skills
- Guest-centric, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Reliable, persevering, and flexible personality
- Ability to work well in a team while also capable of independent decision-making
- Ability to think in terms of cross-selling and a multi-hotel environment

Advantages

- Familiarity with online channels and extranets
- 1–2 years of prior experience as a Reservation Agent or Front Desk Agent
