Job description

You will take ownership of the hotel’s revenue strategy, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the hotel’s overall revenue management strategy
Optimising occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability
Managing pricing, inventory, restrictions and distribution across all relevant channels
Analysing market trends, competitor activity, demand patterns and booking behaviour
Leading forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance analysis
Identifying new revenue opportunities across segments and channels
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise total hotel performance
Providing clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations to the leadership team
Monitoring performance and taking decisive action in a rapidly changing market
Supporting a culture of data-driven, commercially smart decision-making

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a strategy conversation.
You bring:
Proven experience in Revenue Management within hotels
Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, distribution and demand management
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about market trends
Confidence using revenue management and hotel technology systems
The ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking
Fluency in English and in Hungarian
Most importantly, you’re someone who sees opportunities where others see numbers.
You bring:
