Commercial manager, Budapest

Job description
We are looking for a suitable professional to manage all commercial aspects of our activities in Budapest.

The Commercial Manager will be tasked with expanding our business;
• Creating new partnerships & capitalising on new partnership opportunities
• Implementing marketing strategies & promotions
• Maintaining existing business partnerships within the local hospitality & accommodation sector, tourism agencies, & tourism affiliated businesses. 

Desired skills & experience
• Third level qualification, or equivalent, in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or similar fields desirable but not essential given adequate experience & competency.
• Advanced communication & negotiating skills, and proven commercial know-how.
• Self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, be highly flexible, and confident to work both independently and as part of the team.
• Be organised, possess excellent time-management skills, an ability to work to deadlines, and to achieve time-sensitive results. 
• Fluency in English is essential, both written & verbal. 
• Be highly reliable and attentive to detail.
• Be computer literate and possess administrative skills.
• The right candidate will be dynamic, open-minded, forward-thinking, have a positive attitude and an energetic, outgoing personality. 
• The ideal candidate will have an avid interest in travel & the travel sector, be passionate about Budapest, and up-to-date on the local tourism & hospitality industry.
