Main tasks:

  • Delivering excellent Operation and Customer Service Support functions to the Implementation and Operation Managers and for multinational customers and partners in our 24 EMEA countries.
  • Provide classic First and Second level Operation support functions


  • Academic qualification at graduate level (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in finance, business, economics or travel related.
  • Relevant professional work experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully interact with internal/external interfaces to solve complex problems and achieve goals.


  • Commercial Card/Corporate Travel background and experience in relationship management and service support functions
