We are looking for an administrative assistant for our centrally located 3 stars hotels.
(23 rooms and 10 rooms )
Main responsibilities:
- Inspecting and co-operating with all departments, such as housekeeping, reception, maintanance
- Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service
- Dealing with suppliers and vendors
- Back office work
- Dealing with customers, payments, and invoicing
- Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
Key requirements:
- Strong English language
- High level of responsibility and accountability
- Strong management, communication and organizational skills
- Experience in tourism
