We are looking for an administrative assistant for our centrally located 3 stars hotels. (23 rooms and 10 rooms )

Main responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and co-operating with all departments, such as housekeeping, reception, maintanance
  • Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service
  • Dealing with suppliers and vendors
  • Back office work
  • Dealing with customers, payments, and invoicing
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel


Key requirements:

  • Strong English language
  • High level of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong management, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in tourism
