The Bell/Valet Attendant is responsible for creating and enhancing the arrival/departure experience for our guests along with exceeding guest satisfaction at all levels and performing job requirements to Hyatt standards.

Main tasks:
- Warmly greets all incoming guests and assists with their luggage
- Provides room orientations upon check-in in accordance with Hyatt standards
- Retrieve guest’s cars in a fast and efficient manner
- Responsible for room deliveries and errands for guests
- Provides hotel information to guests
- Maintain the cleanliness of work environment
- Assisting other departments with necessary information
- Always maintains a professional demeanour and attitude
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Must be able to drive a manual and automatic transmission
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must possesses excellent communication skills
- Ability to work at flexible schedule
