At Hilton Budapest City we are currently looking for a Chief Clerk
(Employment is for fixed 2 years period)

The successful candidate should have:
• Capability to understand financial operating systems and procedures
• Basic accounting knowledge,
• Excellent analytical skill and preciseness,
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel,
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills,
• Open-minded personality,
• Intermediate level of in English


Advantage:
• Experience in the hotel sector
• Degree in finance/accounting,
• Supervisory experience


Main responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily procedures and duties of the Finance Department,
• Preparation of financial statements, tax and statistical reports,
• Responsible for bank posting, reconciliation, month end journal vouchers posting,
• Responsible for the application of Hilton finance standards and local regulations,
• Assist the Finance Manager for budget and forecast,
• Support Hotel operation
