Our hotel chain is looking for a highly motivated person who will be responsible for the revenue management of multi properties, located in Budapest.
Main tasks:
- Measure total revenue performance and target, re-align current strategy if required
- Communicates the revenue generation strategies to all Revenue Management Departments.
- Implements and maintains the hotel Revenue Management system
- Responsible for best practice standards to include competitor analysis, distribution yield management, pricing control and new pricing concepts
- Determines hotel’s pricing policy in conjunction with each specialist head of department
- In cooperation with the General Managers and Sales Director revises room rates and prepares annual Budgets
- Investigate and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials
- Monitoring the performance of the hotels by using different sources
- Monitors and controls the activities of the reservations team
- Playing strategic role in opening new hotels and taking over other hotels in the market
Requirements:
- Very good communication skills is English
- Experience and ability to develop and implement strategies
- 3 years of experience in similar position
- Understanding of local hotel markets and their price sensibility
- College degree
