GENERAL MISSION
-To provide great service for everyone of our guests to ensure that they feel welcome, valued, indulged and magnifique!
-The Communication Center Clerk is responsible for all the services provided by the Communication Center, for the operation of the copier, fax, scanner and computers, provides internet and e-mail acces, dealing with the internal and external calls, continously provides high and luxury level of services as the Sofitel standard required.
