Main Duties:
•Supervising and developing C&E Sales team members
•Create a full proposal to customers for local (banquet only) meetings and events including Weddings and Outside caterings
•Follow up the leads and prepare contract for the confirmed local events
•Support the C&E sales executives in negotiations, forecasting and problem solving
•Organization and coordination of all conference deliveries
•Supervise the preparation of menu/buffet/name cards and signages
•Assist in banqueting kit menu planning and pricing
•Handling of the internal events
•Monitoring and administration of the expected MICE and Local F&B revenue on a weekly basis
•Monitoring gaps between the different events and find the upselling possibilities 
•Representation of the hotel at meetings and other events
•Handling of post-event tasks after the departure of the group

Minimum expectations:
•Minimum 3 years' of professional experience
•College or University degree 
•Aptitude for cultivating customer relationships leading directly to increased sales
•Driven to overcome challenges
•Ability to translate data into an executable action plan
•Attention to details
•Enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment
