Director of Operations

You will manage the company’s procedures and guide its employees to ensure it is well-coordinated and productive. You will collaborate with the front office, food and beverage, and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly and all budget goals are met. Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing a team in hotel management.

Main tasks:

• Create and implement methods to guarantee that guests have a great experience that exceeds guest satisfaction expectations
• Collaborate with front office, food and beverage, and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly
• Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel's inner workings, including room rates, rooms operations, hotel policies, availability, and profitability strategies
• Conduct revenue management audits for all department budgets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the hospitality field, preferably in a full-service hotel
• Proven track record of managing a team in a hospitality or hotel management role
• Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Advantages:

• Advanced English knowledge is required, 2nd language is a plus
• Previous FOM position is an advantage
