Main tasks:

  • Govern and develop the business turnover on the leisure, MICE and corporate upscale segments
  • Responsible in maximizing sales in both revenue and room-night terms
  • Target and build new business opportunities
  • Energetic, dynamic and innovative member, 100% sales oriented, extremely organized, able to set personal high standards and incredibly motivated to outperform.
  • Providing outstanding quality service for our customers by quality work and compliance of hotel standards and performing job responsibilitie
  • Attend tradeshows, client and networking events (local and international)
  • Obtaining good knowledge about the local and global accounts
  • Looking after for new accounts and keep in contact with existing clients
  • Organize site visits and meet with clients (in house and outside of the Hotel)
  • To achieve the budget and focusing on new opportunities
  • Looking after and get information from the competition and market share and discuss it if it is necessary on Sales meetings
  • Represent the hotel at various meetings and events (local and international events)
  • Responsible for an updated Opera S&C database of accounts including reports, selection criteria and e-mail addressess, customer follow-up and performance measurement
  • Register and fill in the activity report in Opera

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the hotels industry

  • Ability of using Opera
  • Fluent English
