Executive chef, Matild Palace

Matild Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel® is looking for Executive Chef, who shares passion for excellence and to provide excitement in everything you do.

In this position you will provide leadership and management for the Kitchen Department by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the department, division and Hotel.

Degree in Culinary Arts preferred. Five to seven years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage department head positions
