Main tasks:
- Coordination of all the financial processes in the hotel, their optimisation
- Monitoring the cash flow of the hotel, ensuring the adequacy of cash for payments, reconciliation with bank statements
- Verification of outgoing payments for practicability, compliance with the budget, their approval
- Collecting, checking and analysing information on receivables, taking actions for their decrease.
- Cooperation with external Accounting company, including providing data
- Cooperation with the banks, including Internet banking
- Cooperation with counterparties
- Preparation of monthly P&L report based on accounting data, with analysis and relevant comments on significant variances versus budget and last year
- Analysing monthly/quarterly inventory data of various departments of the hotel
- Review of service contracts, checking their content mainly from finance point of view
- Carrying out calculations and preparing reports for various users
- Active participation in yearly budgeting process
- Supervising and supporting the job of the financial administrators of the hotel
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance
- At least 5 years of controlling experience, preferably in a hotel
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in financial control
- Knowledge of English language
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication skills, empathy
