TASKS:
Supervises and directs Reception personnel
Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods
Constantly monitor upselling results and manage performance to ensure monthly target is reached
Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition
Ensures VIP guests and loyalty programme members receive special attention
Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit
Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
Represent executive office and senior leadership team as Manager on Duty
Responsible for fire safety and emergency procedures in the absence of Security Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
College/University degree in Economics preferably in Hotel / Tourism Management
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel (Front Office)
Thorough knowledge of hotel IT / reservations systems
Excellent English and Hungarian language knowledge oral and written
Very good communication skills
