General Manager, Hotel Bellevue Vienna

On behalf of Mozart Hotel Group, we are looking for a General Manager for the location in Vienna, who is host with passion and is accustomed to lead and motivate a team of 40 employees.

We expect the following from you:
 Perfect in German language and excellent in English language
 3 years of experience in a similar function
 Knowledge in the upper hotel industry and, if possible, the location of Vienna
 Experiences in different departments of a hotel, both in operation and administration
 Very good skills in controlling
 Negotiating skills

Among other things you will be responsible for the following tasks:
 Leading of an international team
 Ensure a very good ambience for our guests
 Ensure to reach all financial forecasts
 Administrative tasks such as creating an annual budget, monthly written reporting to headquarters, cost control in all departments
 Communication with all local authorities
 Keeping the hotel together with our in-house departments in perfect conditions
 Staff recruitment

Payment is made according to the collective agreement with the willingness to overpay, according to experience and agreement. Please also inform us about your salary expectations in your application.
