Main tasks:
- Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Groups & Events Sales Manager will join an outgoing and friendly team of W professionals.
The role is responsible for:
- The management of the Group / Event Sales and Event Planning for the W Budapest in accordance with company and brand standards.
- Proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities.
- Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
- Achieves personal and team related revenue goals.
- Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
- Driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2-3 year experience in sales manager or similar role
- Luxury leisure market experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
