To ensure the coherence of the feel welcome experience for the whole customer journey - before, during and after the stay.
By Educating Hotel Teams on:

  • Developing and increasing traffic through all channels - the importance of the online experience
  • E-Reputation Management
  • Social media strategy planning
  • Support role in projects, such as online check-in, fast check out


  • Cutting edge knowledge in social media channels and E-reputation Management
  • Innovatory, efficiency, autonomy and service-minded approach
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
  • BSC degree in Hospitality Management
  • Hungarian knowledge and proficiency in English
