Accor Midscale (Novotel & Mercure) and Eco (ibis & ibis Styles) hotels in Hungary open a position for Guest Experience Manager.
MISSION
To ensure the coherence of the feel welcome experience for the whole customer journey - before, during and after the stay.
By Educating Hotel Teams on:
- Developing and increasing traffic through all channels - the importance of the online experience
- E-Reputation Management
- Social media strategy planning
- Support role in projects, such as online check-in, fast check out
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Cutting edge knowledge in social media channels and E-reputation Management
- Innovatory, efficiency, autonomy and service-minded approach
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
- BSC degree in Hospitality Management
- Hungarian knowledge and proficiency in English
- You share our passion for hospitality
- You are customer focused Individual with a passion about Client satisfaction
- You are able to create innovative and effective solutions
- You have strong communication, organizational skills
