We are looking for a Hotel Manager who can independently handle the hotel operations with utmost efficiency.

Main tasks:
- Develops and implements business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Mozart Hotel Group and the hotel owner’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies.
- The ability to monitor and review the daily revenue report, the monthly profit and loss statement, analyse results and take action when necessary.
- Overall responsible for the daily operations of the Hotel which includes overseeing the operations of the Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Engineering .
- Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals
- Works and reports towards St. Petersburg HQ with the to continually improve hotel operations by evaluating guest services provided, responding to opportunities within the market, analysing business results on a regular basis and taking appropriate actions to improve results.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety hygiene practises and COVID-19 regulations are strictly adhered.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in management position in hospitality
- General Manager experience is considered as an advantage
- Fluency in Hungarian and in English
- Leadership, autonomy
