ACCOR HotelServices Magyarország Kft. being operator of hotels under ACCOR brands is looking for HR BUSINESS PARTNER for Operation

Main tasks
• HR business partnership to Director of Operations Management and to Hotel General Managers
• Recruitment and selection of Hotel General Managers in Hungary, in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia
• Support hotel openings from development phase to successful operation
• HR advising related to hotel organizational structures, definition of hotel’s budget LOI and support preparation of hotel operation’s personnel cost planning
• Managing bonus target setting and salary increase process for hotel operations
• Support labour-law related topics
• Manage regionally employee engagement survey
• Contribute on Eastern European level to global/regional HR projects
• Contribution to local CSR projects
• Event organization, internal communication
• Through all of his/her activity shaping the company culture

• University or college degree
• Education on the field of HR, organizational development, andragogy, coaching, labour law is considered as an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in HR service/support function
• Hotel related experience is considered as an important advantage
• Advanced level business English and Hungarian language knowledge
• Digital / Social media fluency
