Responsible for effectively leading the activities of the IT Function including managing multi-user applications and routine maintenance of file server and network operating system, including PBX and telecommunications systems, in a network environment.

Supervision and development of technical staff. Assists in the coordination of an effective structure for the Information Support Team, maintaining adequate staffing levels in the department, training, evaluating, motivating,disciplining and terminating associates, as deemed necessary
