Key Account Manager (Corporate)

She/He will be responsible for building an effective long-term relationships through a customer centric approach with the Key Accounts/e-Partners in order to develop the global revenue and market share / penetration for ACCOR.

Main tasks:

  • Defining a tactical strategic plan for each account or e-partners in the portfolio
  • Preparing monthly analysis and reporting of her/his account portfolio revenue, explain business decreases and define own action plan to identify replacement business
  • Running quarterly business review meetings with the clients to identify future business or upcoming difficulties
  • Organizing the annual RFP & contracting process for the clients & support hotels with pricing benchmark figures and market inputs
  • Ensuring & test proper loading of rates and conditions for the clients & hotels
  • To be in charge of in order to reach the objectives and improve Accor’s presence & revenue at global and regional level
  • Qualify client’s needs; expectations and directions to define the value proposition to be delivered and the partnership possibilities


  • University of College degree
  • 3+ years working experience
  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality
  • Fluency in English
