She/He will be responsible for building an effective long-term relationships through a customer centric approach with the Key Accounts/e-Partners in order to develop the global revenue and market share / penetration for ACCOR.
Main tasks:
- Defining a tactical strategic plan for each account or e-partners in the portfolio
- Preparing monthly analysis and reporting of her/his account portfolio revenue, explain business decreases and define own action plan to identify replacement business
- Running quarterly business review meetings with the clients to identify future business or upcoming difficulties
- Organizing the annual RFP & contracting process for the clients & support hotels with pricing benchmark figures and market inputs
- Ensuring & test proper loading of rates and conditions for the clients & hotels
- To be in charge of in order to reach the objectives and improve Accor’s presence & revenue at global and regional level
- Qualify client’s needs; expectations and directions to define the value proposition to be delivered and the partnership possibilities
Requirements:
- University of College degree
- 3+ years working experience
- Knowledge and experience in hospitality
- Fluency in English
