Manager On Duty

Main duties:

• As part of the Management Team oversees all operation issues in the Hotel
• Checks all physical states within the Hotel public areas
• Checks all employees in place and well-groomed in all operational areas
• Motivates and maintains good employee relations
• Represents the company and the Hotel standards through guests’ communication and public relations
• Cooperates with FLHSS Manager and Director of Engineering to ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues
• Greets the VIP guests of the hotel daily
• Answers guests inquires, handles complaints and follows-up as appropriate
• Responsible for compensating and adjusting charges if necessary

Minimum expectations:

• College or higher degree

• 5 years relevant experience gained in a hotel environment
• Fluent English and preferably other languages
• Opera system knowledge
• Computer knowledge (World, Excel)
