Our requirements:
•educational: college or university degree
•work experience: min. 3 years relevant hotel group sales/ MICE experience preferably in senior position
•skills, knowledge: international group sales / MICE market intelligence, fluent in English (Hungarian is also essential), great presentations and organizational skills

Major responsibilities:
•builds brand and property awareness on international MICE market 
•monitors industry trends 
•develops and executes MICE strategies to maximize revenue potential

The Market MICE Manager is in charge for all MICE Sales related activities of our three hotels in Budapest (Budapest Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Budapest City Center, Millennium Court Marriott Executive Apartments) and reports directly to the Market Director of Sales & Marketing.

This position will be based in the Budapest Marriott hotel with occasional visits to the other Marriott properties in Budapest.
