Mice Sales Manager, Hotel International Prague

On behalf of Mozart Hotel Group, we are looking for a Mice Manager for our Hotel International in Prague. She / he is responsible for hotel’s economic success, for meeting targets and implementing the sales & marketing plan in her/his segment.

We expect the following from you:
* Knowledge of the hotel industry, local & international markets and competitors
* At least 2 year experience on the same or comparable position
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with customers/partners
* High level of Czech language and very good English
* Pro-customer orientation

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Establishing and maintaining relationships and contracts with all current customers from his/her segment to achieve budgeted revenue
* Continuous acquisition of the new prospective customers
* Participating in internal meetings
* Representing the company at all relevant events, trade fairs, social events etc
* Developing new relationships and business
* Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities for herself/himself under the direction of DOS
* Participate in Sales plan/strategy 
* Regular Sales activity reporting to superiors
