Receptionist, ESCALA Hotel & Suits
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel
- All related tasks to guest check-ins and check-outs,
- Providing concierge services to clients,
- Ensuring all billing information captured correctly and producing client invoices,
- Doing administrative work and managing a variety of tasks,
- Reporting and preparing monthly statistics.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Friendly, flexible person with positive attitude
- Able to work in team
