Regional Revenue Manager based in Prague

Mozart Hotel Group currently operates 7 hotels in 4 countries. Our portfolio includes urban, business, congress, leisure and spa hotels in Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and Ukraine and with more project to follow.

Position: Regional Revenue Manager based in Prague

Main Duties:
• Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the 3 hotels located in Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria and manage day to day yield operations
• Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
• Create and develop pricing strategies
• Provide forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
• Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
• Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to- date and functional.
• Regularly check the input and the quality of data
• Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; market modeling; distribution yield management; pricing control and new pricing concepts
• Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, groups, etc…)
• Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process
• To be knowledgeable of room categories, rates, market segments, special packages, contracted rates and hotels availability.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in similar position
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required;
• Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel
• Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
