Regional Revenue Manager, Budapest

The Regional Revenue Manager will lead the Regional Revenue Management team, based in Budapest Head Office, and will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to maximize the revenues of the hotels and effective use of revenue management tools in order to enhance revenues and optimize turnover. He/she will create price strategy of the hotels, plan and forecast revenue performance of the hotels with his/her team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
• Leading the regional Revenue Management Team, instructs, empowers and controls the team in line with AccorHotels Leadership Model’s principles
• Supporting operation in defining the revenue strategy of the hotels
• Analysing the revenue and the performance of the hotels
• Analysing the performance of the business segments, forecasting, budgeting

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sector, proven track records in RM and team leadership
• Knowledge of concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
• Knowledge of revenue management tools
• Master of Bachelor degree
