The Budapest Marriott Hotel is looking for a Reservation Agent.

Main responsibilities will be to handle all requests for future reservations and all inquiries courteously and correctly according to the brand standard, while making every effort to satisfy the guests by following the sell strategy.
Use convincing sales techniques to upsell and maintain an updated database of rates and other crucial information have on-hand on a daily basis.
