Reservation Manager, Sofitel budapest
PERSONALITY AND SKILLS
-Previous reservations supervisory or managerial level experience is required (min. 2 years).
-Excellent organization and delegation skills.
-Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
-Highly responsible & reliable.
-Excellent command of English and one other European Language (preferably Hungarian, French) is desirable
-Responsible for managing the effective operation of the reservations department – ensuring that all systems and procedures by the brand standards.
-Maximizing all revenue opportunities through execution and maintaining of all sales strategies.
-To ensure that every team member are fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises.
