Reservation Officer, Corinthia Hotel Budapest

Corinthia Hotel Budapest is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.

Main duties:
•Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while providing them with essential information about our services and assisting them in making reservations according to the hotel standards; 
•Answering all incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner, while focusing on maximizing room revenue and occupancy as directed by the Director of Revenue; 
•Handle corporate, OTA, third party reservations according to their contracts;
•Managing the administration of group blocks, communicate and work closely with the Sales Department concerning group bookings;

Minimum expectations:
•Diploma in hotel industry; 
•Fluent English; German knowledge is an advantage; 
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
•Experience in customer service field; 
•Exceptional service attitude; 
•Excellent phone manner; 
•Minimum one year experience in hotel industry.
