Reservation Supervisor, Budapest, I. kerület

Under the direct leadership of the Director of Sales it will be your responsibility to:

• Process all reservations in the most efficient way
• Process individual bookings in the hotel PMS according to the PPHE SOPs
• Send out offers and confirmations for individual bookings
• Check no-shows
• Check arrival list
• Check on deposit payments for individual reservation
• Maintain rate codes
• Actively promote the Radisson Rewards program
• Maintain the filing system
• Apply upselling techniques for room reservations to maximise revenue
• Attend Sales Meetings and give client feedback and ideas on how to improve the revenue
• Assist the Sales Team to compile the monthly Sales & Marketing reporting if applicable
• Participate in trainings
• Manager on Duty role

We are looking for a candidate with:

• University/ college degree
• Several years of similar professional experience preferably in a hotel environment
• Good command of English both spoken and written and preferably another language
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and guest-oriented attitude
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Opera knowledge
• Good organisational skill and detail-oriented mindset
