Reservations Manager

Main tasks:

  • Leadership and coaching of the Reservations team and providing support and consultancy to the Director of Revenue
  • Setting of realistic, measurable reservation standards, objectives, and goals to be achieved
  • Ensuring positive guest booking experience by the highest standard of reservations process
  • Ensuring that all bookings are entered accurately into the system
  • Ensures that all daily tasks are completed accurately by the Reservations team and guest requests (internal and external) are communicated to the relevant department in a timely manner
  • Participation in managing the departmental budget
  • Periodic review of reservations processes for identifying means of increasing productivity
  • Partnering with the hotel management and sales team to understand the business needs and recognizing potential upselling, business opportunities


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory/managerial professional experience
  • College/university degree in relevant field
  • Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
  • Opera, Opera Sales & Catering, SFA & systems and strong Excel knowledge
  • Proven self- and team management skills
  • Passionate about reservations trends, innovations, processes
