Main tasks:
- Leadership and coaching of the Reservations team and providing support and consultancy to the Director of Revenue
- Setting of realistic, measurable reservation standards, objectives, and goals to be achieved
- Ensuring positive guest booking experience by the highest standard of reservations process
- Ensuring that all bookings are entered accurately into the system
- Ensures that all daily tasks are completed accurately by the Reservations team and guest requests (internal and external) are communicated to the relevant department in a timely manner
- Participation in managing the departmental budget
- Periodic review of reservations processes for identifying means of increasing productivity
- Partnering with the hotel management and sales team to understand the business needs and recognizing potential upselling, business opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory/managerial professional experience
- College/university degree in relevant field
- Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
- Opera, Opera Sales & Catering, SFA & systems and strong Excel knowledge
- Proven self- and team management skills
- Passionate about reservations trends, innovations, processes
