Room Division Manager - Junior Operations Manager

Main tasks:

• You work together with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office.
• You are in contact with in- and external suppliers and are in charge of daily stock and cost control as well as monthly reporting.
• You drive implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• You manage the Front office team in close collaboration with your Operations Manager.
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day- and evening shifts.
• You are a great host and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

• Established education, with 2-3 years leadership experience in the hospitality industry
• You have professional and punctual work ethic
• You enjoy leading a young diverse motivated team, inspiring and developing people

Working hours: Full Time
