The Aquincum hotel, a 310 bedrooms and suites hotel, part of Corinthia Hotels, is looking for a motivated, customer and revenue-oriented Sales Executive. The person in this position would support the daily work of the sales managers and be responsible for the business groups and events.
Your main responsibilities
- Management of business groups and events from quotation to invoicing
- Continuous contact and cooperation with DMCs, event organisers, companies
- Answer customer inquiries within 24 hours in a professional and timely manner
- Processing FUPs, emails, sending BEOs and Pro-forma invoices
- Organise and conduct sales calls and site inspections
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to convert business
- Collaboration with all other departments, especially with the F&B Manager and the Chef
Key requirements
- Minimum one year of professional experience in sales and event management, preferably in a 4*+ hotel
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Hungarian and English
- Knowledge of OPERA Sales & Catering is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation, attention to detail
- Good team player but has a strong ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, flexibility at work
- Professional appearance and excellent manners
