The Aquincum Hotel Budapest, a 310-bedroom and suite hotel, part of Corinthia Hotels, is looking for a motivated, customer- and revenue-oriented sales executive. The person in this position would support the daily work of the sales managers and be responsible for the business groups and events.

We count on You to:
- Manage business groups and events from quotation to invoicing
- Contact and cooperate with DMCs, event organisers, companies
- Answer customer inquiries within 24 hours in a professional and timely manner
- Process FUPs, emails, send BEOs and Pro-forma invoices
- Organise and conduct sales calls and site inspections
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to convert business
- Collaborate with all other departments, especially with the F&B team and the Chef
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum one year of professional experience in sales and event management, preferably in a 4*+ hotel
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel Management is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Hungarian and English
- Knowledge of OPERA Sales & Catering is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation, attention to detail
- Positive attitude and flexibility at work
- Professional appearance and excellent manners
