Main duties:

•Monitoring of the standards of tenders and competitor’s
•Create full proposals to customers for leisure groups
•Regular follow up on proposal’s
•Preparation and conduction of site visits
•Handling of post-event tasks after the departure of the group (billing, customer satisfaction survey, enquiring about future events)
•Developing and nurturing the good relationship with tour operators
•Negotiates new contracts and renewals in order to meet sales targets
•Handling all monthly statistics and reports with related to leisure groups
•Upselling Hotel products and services additionally on the contracted ones in order to increase Hotel revenue

Minimum expectations:

•College or University graduation
•Fluent English knowledge
•Result oriented and initiative
•Adaptability
•Customer service orientation and cross-cultural sensitivity
•Problem solving and decision-making skills
•Opera knowledge is an advantage
