Sales Manager

Main tasks:

  • Pro-actively soliciting new and develop existing accounts across various segments but mainly MICE
  • Capability of handling group/event inquiries (prospecting, proposal/contracting, site inspection etc.)
  • Supporting DOS with reports and market trends
  • Building relationship with sales counterparts from Regional Sales Office and sister hotels to relay leads and requests.
  • Organising and conducting meetings, sales calls and business trips domestically and internationally if required.
  • Cooperating with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue maximisation.

Our expectations:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality or Sales & Marketing and experience in similar role (preferably in 5-star environment)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational and time management skills
  • Reputation as a collaborative and results-oriented sales professional
  • Ability to manage change, deal with complex situations requiring the assessment of priorities and the tenacity to follow through to a successful conclusion.
  • Passionate about fostering connections; delivering our guiding principles; and creating energizing experiences by connecting our guests to who and what matters to them most.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hungarian
