art'otel budapest, a four star design hotel in the center of Budapest by the Danube, is looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.
Under the direct leadership of the Director of Sales your responsibilities will be:
- Pro-actively source and develop new business from the corporate segment and MICE business related to existing corporate accounts
- Increase business through establishing and maintaining good relationship with new and existing clients
- Develop, foster and grow relationship with bookers and decision makers for key accounts through personal meetings, calls, client entertainment, quarterly production reviews, etc.
- Ensure all client information is up to date in the database
- Manager RFPs in Lanyon and Ratefinding
- Complete weekly scheduling, sales reports and other administrative activities
- Prepare offer for meetings and F&B functions
- Organize and conduct hotel site inspections and visit partners
- Achieve the set number of relevant business targets
Requirements:
- University/college degree
- Several years of similar professional experience ideally in a hotel environment
- A good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
