ESCALA Hotel& Suties is recruiting a Sales Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English - written & spoken) additional language is an advantage,
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel),+
- Customer oriented personality,
- Friendly, flexible person with positive attitude,
- Able to work in team,
- Minimum 2-year experience as Hotel Sales Mgr.,
- Experience in Reservations, Front Office is an advantage.
- Preparing accommodation offers,
- Keep in touch with our partners,
- Preparing reports,
- Updating OTA’ & Channel Manager
- Yield ( Revenue management)
- Experience in RFP’s,
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of industry trends, developments, local competitor activity and other external factors that have a direct bearing on Escala Hotel & Suites.
- Set and review sales revenue targets by market segment and develop strategies
- Manage key corporate, extended stay, leisure clients.
- To forecast demand and set appropriate rate strategies
- Manage relationships with key business partners including GDS representation, third party websites, and travel management companies (TMC’s).
- Prepare and submit a monthly sales report on time that reflects consolidated information from sales activities, market intelligence
