GENERAL MISSION
- Responsible for all the daily administration of Guests
- Strengthens co-ordination & communication between departments on VIP and Loyal and long stay guests and ensuring any special requests or attention are communicated and taken care of.
- Arranges the preparation work for Welcome (On line check in and fast check out)
- Supports in hotel administration
- Assists in following up of guest E-mails
- Involved in the response to Guests feedback on Social media
REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS AND SKILLS
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills – both communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude
- Good Word and Excel knowledge
- A problem solver
