Main tasks in case of existing agents:

  • Demonstrating and representing the company with all Local Agents
  • Visiting partners on a regular basis (at least 50% of work time) constantly provide vouchers and brochures for them
  • Maintenance of accurate sales records
  • Enhancing agent sales to reach given target
  • Inform agents about changes (timetable, route, special event, diversions, etc.)
  • Responsible for cashing and all financial record of the existing agents
  • Organize Agent incentives and Agents Parties to enhance sales


Main tasks in case of new agents:

  • Establishing new businesses by promoting the company
  • Business Negotiation
  • Enhancing agent sales
  • Provide new agents with starting material (brochures, vouchers)


Other General Tasks:

  • The creation of Sales Reports to be sent to the Management Team
  • To ensure the attainment of financial goals, including the development of budgets and financial projections
  • To contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • To maintain and develop good working relationships and communication with other departments within the business
  • Ensuring sales objectives are met according to volume of sales required
  • Make sure sales targets meet budget

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales position
  • Experience in delivering support to business partners
  • Fluent Hungarian and English languages are compulsory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence
  • Perseverance
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Focus on problem solving based on customers and business needs
  • Commercial mindset
