Job Description:

To carry out Reservation/Booking and Ticket Sales services at Airline Offices.

  • Performs reservation/booking/ticketing services for the passengers applying to the salescounter in person, contacting by phone or via emails.
  • Responds direct passenger inquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Supports Travel Agents’ calls and inquires
  • Reports and registers daily income-cost-financing on relevant IT systems.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in aviation or travel industry (min 2 years)
  • Minimum high school education.
  • Fluency in both oral and written English
  • Good knowledge and experience on a major GDS
  • The ability to cope with situations that create pressure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Being a team player
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
