F&B Manager, Hotel Bellevue Vienna

On behalf of Mozart Hotel Group, we are looking for F&B Manager for the location in Vienna, who is host with passion.

We expect the following from you:
 Very good in German and in English language
 2 years of experience in a similar function
 Professional and well-groomed appearance
 Competent, reliable and positive personality
 Very good skills in controlling

Among other things you will be responsible for the following tasks:
 Leading our service staff at the bar, restaurant and banquet area
 Responsible with the Chef for a high quality breakfast offer
 Supporting staff in practice and creating all service plans
 Guaranty cleanliness and applicable regulations in all areas
 Interface between kitchen, sales and housekeeping for all events
 Responsible for the proper use of MICROS system and Materials Control
 Responsible for monthly inventories and the generated results out of that
 Proper handling of the entrusted material

Payment is made according to the collective agreement with the willingness to overpay, according to experience and agreement. Please also inform us about your salary expectations in your application.
