Guest Service Officer - Plaza Premium Lounge / Budapest Airport

We are just about to open our brand new Lounge at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport.

Main tasks:

• Handle check-in procedure
• Able to deal with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Take orders from the Guests and serve food & beverages
• Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts
• Provide Meet & Greet Services to the Customers

Our expectations:

• Relevant experiences in hotel, catering or aviation is an advantage
• Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Hungarian, English
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Shift duties are required

Successful candidates might be considered for the Senior GSO position
