Guest Service Officer - Plaza Premium Lounge / Budapest Airport

We are just about to open our brand new Lounge at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport.

- Handle check-in procedure
- Able to deal with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Take orders from the Guests and serve food & beverages
- Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts
- Provide Meet & Greet Services to the Customers
- Relevant experiences in hotel, catering or aviation is an advantage
- Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Hungarian, English
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Shift duties are required
Successful candidates might be considered for the Senior GSO position
